AX Models is a boutique international scouting agency exclusively focused on the Chinese market.

Founded in February 2025, the agency was created by three partners — two Brazilian and one Chinese — combining international modeling experience with deep knowledge of the fashion industry in China.

Brazilian founders Valentina Bianchi and Claudio Avila bring over 20 years of experience as professional models, having built their careers through firsthand experience of the international fashion industry. Their perspective allows AX Models to understand not only what agencies are looking for, but also the journey, expectations and challenges faced by models working abroad.

Based in China, Vivian brings eight years of experience as a professional booker in the Chinese market, with extensive knowledge of local agencies, clients and the dynamics of the industry.

Together, the three founders created AX Models with a clear purpose: to connect selected international talent with the right opportunities in China.

We work exclusively as international scouts for the Chinese market, building close relationships with agencies and carefully selecting models whose profiles have strong potential within the country.

Our approach is personal, selective and focused on long-term relationships.
